For people who run their own business

Grow the business, not the busywork.

We find the work that's slowing you down, take what shouldn't be yours, and hand it back running (or keep running it for you). You get your week back, and the business gets your best hours.

What we'd ask first

Where does the week actually go?

Fifty hours in a typical owner-run business, sorted by what they're worth.

14 / 50
hours in the week that actually pay

The blue hours are where the money comes from, and most weeks they're the minority.

Effort keeps climbing. Results don't. More hours won't close that gap: you're already spending them all. The gap isn't a work-harder problem, it's a sorting problem.

What we'd tell you

The gap closes when the week gets sorted.

We built our own framework for sorting a week: Concentrate, Delegate, and Automate.

Concentrate stays with you
the client work the judgment calls the relationships
Delegate goes to your team, or to us
the branding the website the marketing the reporting the scheduling the bookkeeping the day-to-day operations
Automate runs on its own
the reminders the handoffs the invoice chasing the follow-ups
If we work together

Most consultants hand you a plan and leave. We stay and do the work.

First · Discovery

We learn the business: where it hurts, where the time goes, where the money comes from. The Diagnosis is the flat-fee head start, credited toward whatever we build.

Then · Consulting

We come back with the sorting, and what today's arrangement costs you. Then we agree on what moves first.

Then · The build

A brand, a website, a dashboard, a marketing plan, the automation behind all of it. What the problem needs, nothing it doesn't.

Ongoing · The retainer

We run what we built and re-sort the week as you grow. One short note a week, so nothing lands as a surprise.

The proof

There are nine projects below, and each one did one job.

Every project either moved a founder's time toward the work that makes money, or made a piece of work stop needing a human at all. It's the same sorting we described above, applied to real businesses.

Concentrate
Sales calls looked like they fell by three-quarters. What actually broke? A new sign-up page made the numbers look like a crash, but most of that was just a change in counting. The real story was one step further in, where people were quietly slipping away. Warm leads sitting untouched, counted for the first time People asked to be sold to, then sat in a tracker nobody worked. Who got reached, who booked, and who is still waiting became countable for the first time. Who is falling behind, and whose work was safe to reuse Two questions you could only answer by opening records one at a time. Both got answered in a single pass, and one of the answers turned into something permanent.
Delegate
One login that gives every employee the same expert judgment Ask two staff members the same question and you could get two different answers. Nine tools behind one login closed that gap, including the diagnosis that once got built live while the client waited. Plain-English questions in, database queries out Pulling a number meant writing code or waiting on someone who could. Now the question goes in as a sentence and comes back as a finished query, written against the real data. The day’s sales calls, with the homework already done Prepping for a call meant hunting through six systems, for every call, every day. Now the day arrives as one card per call, holding everything those six systems know.
Automate
Every booked call gets confirmed, whether or not anyone remembers Confirmations, reminders, and calendar invites all used to depend on someone remembering. Now every booking gets all three, timed right and sent from the rep's own inbox, with no one lifting a finger. Personalized follow-up emails, every weekday morning, for everyone Before the day starts, the system finds the people who've gone quiet and writes each one a personal email about their last conversation. Assembling the sales numbers took an afternoon (and they were still off) Bookings, call recordings, the revenue tracker, and several payment processors each held part of the answer, and nobody held the whole. One self-updating view carries all of it: attendance, close rate, average order value, refunds, and revenue by rep.
The one ask on this page

Start with the Checkup.

The Checkup is free and takes about three minutes: ten questions about your week, your pay, and what runs through you, with the arithmetic done in your browser from your answers alone.

  • You see what an hour of your week earned you last year.
  • You see what running the place costs, next to what it costs to buy.
  • You see where the week goes, sorted into three piles.

Nothing you answer is stored, and nobody follows up uninvited. If the read is worth keeping, you can email yourself the copy, and the Diagnosis is there when you want the version built on your records.

Take the Checkup Ten questions, about three minutes, nothing stored.
